Dr. Buckle-Rashid is a pediatrician deeply committed to health equity, child health, and medical education. After earning her degree from Princeton and working in health policy in Washington, DC, she trained at Emory University School of Medicine and completed her pediatrics residency at Brown/Hasbro Children’s Hospital, where she served as chief resident. She now practices as a hospitalist at Children’s National Hospital.

As the HEC Group’s Chief Clinical Consultant, Dr. Buckle-Rashid brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise and strategic insight, with strengths in health equity and policy, pediatric clinical care, educational needs assessment, curriculum design, and specialized areas such as medical humanities, clinical ethics, and environmental pediatrics.
